Surgery Practice Coordinator

The Surgery Practice Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all outpatient and inpatient surgeries for the surgical practice, ensuring procedures are scheduled within appropriate timeframes. The role involves interfacing with patients, physicians, and hospital staff to facilitate communication regarding surgical services and coordinate pre- and post-operative appointments. This position also requires managing complex scheduling coordination, including securing operating room time and supporting clinical team functions such as patient scheduling, referrals, and billing.
