Surgery Scheduler

The Surgery Scheduler at Northbay Health is a key member of the clinic patient care team responsible for orchestrating complex logistics for patient tests, pre-op/post-op visits, and surgical procedures. This role ensures all aspects of the surgical process are coordinated, including patient preferences, payer requirements, and accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record. The position requires close collaboration with the Operating Room Scheduler, Same Day Center Staff, and physicians to maintain efficient scheduling and timely patient care.
