Surgery Scheduler

The Surgery Scheduler coordinates surgical procedures for the Practice’s providers, ensuring that patients are scheduled for the appropriate procedure at the appropriate facility and that all required paperwork, testing, and clearances are completed in advance of the date of surgery. This position serves as the patient’s primary point of contact throughout the surgical process and collaborates with providers, clinical staff, and scheduling departments to ensure high-quality care. The role involves managing pre-operative and post-operative logistics, tracking authorizations, and maintaining accurate medical records.
