Surgery Scheduler

The Surgery Scheduler guides patients through their orthopaedic journey by scheduling follow-up appointments, assisting with surgery scheduling, and submitting prior authorizations. This full-time role involves working alongside patient care navigators and clinical staff to create an outstanding patient experience at the West Des Moines location, with flexibility to cover Ankeny and Des Moines locations as needed. The position requires quick recall of information and effective task prioritization to ensure timely and reliable patient care.
