Surgical First Assist

The Surgical First Assist supports the safe preservation and recovery of organs from donors by assisting Surgical Organ Recovery Specialists during surgery. This role involves providing rapid on-site response, performing vascular dissection, and managing the logistics of organ recovery and transplantation across multiple states. The position requires a 24-hour on-call schedule and extensive travel within the donation service area.
