The Surgical Recovery Coordinator serves as the clinical lead for coordinating and facilitating the surgical recovery of donated organs for transplantation. This role ensures seamless collaboration among donor hospitals, transplant centers, and surgical teams while overseeing surgical logistics, donor management, and regulatory compliance. The position requires maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
