This field-based role supports the implementation, adoption, and optimization of the Hugo™ Robotic-Assisted Surgery platform across accounts in the Benelux region, Israel, and Greece. The position involves collaborating with surgeons, clinical teams, and hospital leadership to establish robotic surgery programs, develop training plans, and drive operational excellence. The specialist will lead customer-facing initiatives to ensure successful technology integration and sustainable program success.
