Surgical Scheduling Coordinator

This role is responsible for the daily scheduling of adult and pediatric DAS and Ambulatory OR surgery cases, ensuring smooth front office operations and patient care flow. The position involves coordinating surgical procedures, verifying patient demographics, obtaining insurance pre-authorizations, and serving as a liaison between referring physicians and surgeons. Additionally, the coordinator handles pre-admit data entry, resolves patient inquiries, and mentors junior staff to support process improvement initiatives.
