Surgical Services Case Cart Coordinator

The Case Cart Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the preparation, assembly, delivery, tracking, and reconciliation of surgical case carts to ensure all supplies, instruments, equipment, and specialty items are available and accurate for scheduled procedures. This position works closely with surgeons, nurses, surgical technologists, sterile processing, materials management, scheduling, and other perioperative departments to promote efficient OR operations, minimize delays, and support patient safety.
