Surgical Services Coordinator

The Surgical Services Coordinator manages the end‑to‑end process of moving a patient from a provider’s procedure order to a confirmed, authorized, and financially cleared surgery date. The role schedules procedures, obtains insurance precertification and prior authorizations, calculates and collects deposits, and serves as the primary patient contact for scheduling and financial questions.
