Surgical Services Laboratory Instructional Assistant

The Surgical Services Laboratory Instructional Assistant oversees the daily operation, organization, and maintenance of the Surgical Technology and Sterile Processing instructional laboratories. This position supports faculty, students, and adjunct instructors by preparing laboratory activities, maintaining equipment and supplies, assisting with student skill development, and ensuring a safe, organized, and realistic simulated healthcare environment. The role serves as the primary resource for both laboratory spaces, assisting with program operations, accreditation readiness, inventory management, and student success.
