Surgical Services Scheduler - Plastic Surgery

This role is responsible for scheduling hospital-based procedures and surgeries, ensuring all necessary paperwork, tests, and authorizations are completed in accordance with physician orders and insurance requirements. The position involves coordinating with hospital staff, communicating pre- and post-surgery instructions to patients, and maintaining accurate documentation in EPIC. It also includes reconciling dropped charges and staying updated on payer and regulatory guidelines.
