About this role

The Surgical Technologist prepares operating rooms, gathers and readies surgical instruments and supplies, and establishes and maintains a sterile field for surgical procedures. The role delivers instruments and supplies intraoperatively, may function as a second assistant to the surgeon, and supports postoperative decontamination and room turnover.
