About this role

The Surgical Technologist (Non-Certified) is a perioperative team member who works under the direction of a registered nurse to support surgical care and patient safety in the operating room. The role supports moderate to high acuity surgical cases, participates in training and performance improvement activities, and helps maintain regulatory and accreditation standards. This position interacts closely with surgeons, nurses, and sterile processing to ensure readiness of instruments and supplies.
