The role focuses on preparing, organizing, and managing surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment while maintaining strict sterile technique and supporting patient care before and after surgery.

Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- Graduation From CAAHEP- or ABHES-Accredited Surgical Technology Program
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - New York State
- Completion Of Military Surgical Technology Program
- Proof Of Prior Surgical Tech Employment (Grandfathering Clause: 1 year between 12/31/2010 and 12/31/2014)
- 15 Continuing Medical Education Hours Annually
