Surgical Tech

The Surgical Tech works under the supervision of the surgeon and RN to maintain a sterile and organized operating room for safe and efficient surgical procedures. The role involves arranging and inventorying sterile instruments, passing items to the surgical team, and assisting with patient preparation and equipment sterilization between cases. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment, and effective teamwork skills.
