Surgical Technician

The Surgical Technician assists physicians with surgical interventions by managing instrumentation, monitoring PAR levels, and ensuring instruments are cleaned and sterilized. The role involves participating in staff meetings and performance improvement activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The position requires a high school diploma, at least two years of operating room experience, and graduation from an approved Operating Room Technical School with certification.
