About this role
The Surgical Technologist Extern at ThedaCare is a temporary, education-focused role designed to help students transition from training to practice in perioperative settings. Externs provide clinical perioperative exposure and support under the direct supervision of Surgical Technologists and Registered Nurses. The position is hospital-based, scheduled around school, and is not counted toward unit staffing.
