Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is hiring a Surgical Technologist First Assist to join the Surgery Procedures-General unit at St. Mary’s Hospital in Decatur, IL. The role supports surgeons and the perioperative team in a fast-paced operating room environment and is part of a system expanding into new state-of-the-art operating rooms opening in January 2026. This is a full-time day position with on-call and weekend rotation.
