The Surgical Technologist assists the surgeon during operative and invasive procedures, ensuring the operating suite is properly prepared and maintaining a safe, clean environment. The role works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team and reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager. Candidates must have completed an accredited Surgical Technology program and hold or obtain certification within 90 days of hire, as well as maintain Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
