About this role
Proliance Highlands Surgery Center is a high-volume ambulatory surgery center specializing in orthopedics and ENT. The Surgical Technologist role supports surgeons and the OR team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. This full-time position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays, and shift/weekend differentials in a collaborative ASC.
