Surgical Technologist

The Surgical Technologist assists in the operating room under the direction of the registered nurse, preparing the OR suite and handling surgical instruments and equipment. This role requires knowledge of ophthalmic procedures to anticipate the surgeon's needs, maintain a sterile field, and ensure quality patient care during surgical procedures. The position involves scrubbing, gowns, and draping the sterile field while adhering to ASC protocols and infection control standards.
