Surgical Technologist

This role addresses the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care within the surgical environment, ensuring the operating suite is properly prepared and maintained for procedures. The position involves assisting surgeons during operative and invasive procedures, managing surgical instruments and supplies, and maintaining strict aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. The individual is responsible for communicating continuously with the surgical team and participating in performance improvement activities.
