Surgical Technologist

The Surgical Technologist at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center prepares the operating room, maintains aseptic technique, and assists surgeons throughout procedures to ensure patient safety and efficient case flow. This role involves performing the first scrub role, anticipating surgical needs, managing specimens, and supporting cost-effective care under the supervision of the circulating RN.
