Surgical Technologist

The Surgical Technologist facilitates operative and invasive procedures by preparing and providing sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment. This role involves maintaining the sterile field, anticipating the needs of the surgical team, and assisting as a scrub person during procedures. The position requires adherence to aseptic techniques, proper specimen handling, and collaboration with the circulating RN to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency.
