Surgical Technologist

The Surgical Technologist is an essential member of the operating room team responsible for preparing and maintaining the sterile field, organizing instruments and supplies, and anticipating the needs of the surgical team throughout procedures. The role involves collaborating with surgeons, nurses, and other perioperative team members to promote patient and team safety while participating in ongoing education and continuous improvement activities. Team members gain diverse surgical experience across multiple specialties and have exposure to advanced surgical technology.
