Surgical Technologist

This role prepares the sterile field for surgical operations, assists surgeons with gowning, gloving, and draping, and supports the surgical team by passing instruments and anticipating needs during procedures. The position also involves distributing supplies, performing equipment maintenance, and adhering to all safety and privacy regulations to ensure optimal patient care. Additional duties may include performing specific procedures and orienting new staff to the department.
