About this role
The Surgical Technologist supports surgical teams by preparing patients and operating rooms, ensuring proper sterile and aseptic techniques are maintained. They apply knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation to facilitate surgeons during invasive therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. This role works under the general direction of a registered nurse or physician in a hospital surgical setting.
