Surveillance Manager

This role supports the Surveillance Manager by supervising senior operators, technicians, and operators on their respective shifts in compliance with departmental, company, and state regulations. The position involves conducting continuous surveillance of all casino areas via floor surveillance and the CCTV system, taking authority over emergency situations, and providing guidance and training to operators. The incumbent safeguards company assets, conducts investigations, and ensures all surveillance personnel are properly trained.
