Surveillance Observer

The Surveillance Observer serves as the oversight agent for management and customers, responsible for monitoring the casino floor, cage, drop/count processes, and all interior and exterior cameras. The role involves reviewing video footage, maintaining composure in a stressful environment, and providing daily written activity reports to the manager regarding any violations or suspicious activities. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail.
