Surveillance Observer

The Surveillance Observer role involves monitoring video systems at casinos and hotels to observe the movements and activities of team members and patrons, ensuring the protection of the establishment's property. The position requires directing Security personnel, MODs, and Pit Bosses to intervene when issues are observed, with a primary focus on preventing cheating or theft at gaming tables. Additionally, the role includes monitoring for other problems such as disorderly conduct and reporting all incidents to the Surveillance Manager.
