The role involves ensuring trainee and instructor concerns reach designated authorities promptly while providing verified, consistently structured records for analysis and leadership reporting. This position requires sound judgment, careful handling of sensitive information, and the ability to perform survey proctoring, data collection, transcription, and routine digital processing.
