The Survey Coordinator will act as the operational engine for ERM's UK survey programmes, managing access, scheduling, logistics and compliance across multiple capital projects. The role ensures surveys are delivered on time, safely and within budget while providing clear progress updates to stakeholders and maintaining accurate tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planning, scheduling and mobilisation of UK survey campaigns
Maintain master survey tracker, resource plan and access matrix
Ensure surveyors and subcontractors have required competencies and certifications
Provide progress updates to stakeholders and escalate risks early
Support post‑survey close‑out, reinstatement checks and landowner communications
