Survey Technician

This role involves preparing and reviewing various types of surveys, including boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS, while researching public records and performing coordinate geometry analysis. The position requires processing survey field data, preparing metes and bounds descriptions, and coordinating with civil engineers, project managers, and clients on land development projects. The ideal candidate will support survey crews with technical guidance and ensure compliance with Texas surveying standards.
