Rixos is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join its culinary team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, where you will create exceptional sushi and Japanese cuisine while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. The role involves preparing a variety of sushi dishes, ensuring ingredient freshness, and collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items. You will also be responsible for training junior chefs, managing inventory, and interacting with guests to provide menu information.
