The Sustainability Engineer/Scientist role provides scientific, technical, and program leadership to transform sustainability concepts into scalable operational capabilities. As the on-site functional program expert, this role leads the development and industrialization of Boka and associated biological processes, including inoculum and worm management, while driving comprehensive utilization of Royal Canin Plant and Pet Center organic and kibble waste streams. The position develops and manages internal and external partnerships, leads the Site Boka program supporting the Sustainability Park and Breeder Exhibit, and serves as a technical coach to strengthen associate capabilities.
