Sustainability Program Specialist

The Sustainability Program Specialist supports the administration, implementation, and growth of Innovative Ag Services' sustainability programs, helping growers capture value through stewardship, carbon-intensity improvement, and nutrient management. This role involves coordinating program enrollment, managing agricultural data, supporting conservation initiatives, and educating growers and internal teams on sustainability opportunities. The position requires strong agronomy knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to work directly with farmers and industry partners.
