The Sustainability Transformation Manager will lead the development and implementation of group-wide sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with EU and UK ESG regulations such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy and CSDDD. Reporting to the Group Sustainability Transformation Director, the role coordinates programme delivery across business units, integrates ESG requirements into operations, and drives reporting system transformation and data capture improvements.
