Sustaining Engineer, Electrical

The Sustaining Engineer, Electrical at Hyper Solutions is responsible for the ongoing electrical engineering ownership, support, and continuous improvement of the company's released product portfolio. This role focuses on maintaining the electrical reliability, manufacturability, quality, and performance of Hyper's power distribution equipment throughout the product lifecycle while supporting a rapidly growing manufacturing organization. Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and Product Engineering, the Sustaining Engineer provides hands-on engineering support for production and field issues, executes engineering changes, and drives continuous improvements that enhance product quality, serviceability, and cost.
