BAUER Equipment America
The Sustaining Mechanical Engineer owns the technical health, reliability, and lifecycle performance of released products, serving as the bridge between field reality and product evolution. This role combines hands-on mechanical and structural design with working knowledge of hydraulic and electrical control systems to ensure customer issues and operational data drive meaningful engineering improvements. The position reports to the Director of Engineering and Product Management.
