Own full P&L performance across Auto, Marine, and Unsecured Lending
Lead and scale indirect Auto and Marine channels through dealer relationships
Oversee a national field sales team and drive production performance
Manage Unsecured Lending digital performance and application funnel conversion
Partner with Credit and Risk to maintain strong underwriting standards
