SVP Programs

This hands-on leadership role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the Impact Investment Readiness Indonesia (IIRI) program, managing strategy, workplans, budget, and donor reporting. The position involves coordinating across IIX business units and partners to drive program outcomes, oversee financial operations, and build a high-performing team in Indonesia. The role requires strong engagement with government stakeholders, enterprise capacity building, and policy ecosystem management.
