SVP, Underwriting - E&S Property

Palomar is seeking a Senior Vice President of Underwriting for its Excess & Surplus Lines property portfolio to optimize, build, and lead the team while owning the P&L and underwriting strategy. This executive role involves setting underwriting appetite, driving profitable growth, and managing a diverse book of primary, ground-up, excess, layered, and shared property placements. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise in property coverages and catastrophe modeling, and the ability to build strategic relationships with wholesale brokers and reinsurers.
