Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role provides financial leadership and awareness to the company through monthly financial presentations, investment and project analysis, and acquisition analysis. The position leads the annual budgeting process, monthly financial reviews, and forecasting while serving as the primary liaison between accounting finance and senior management. The individual oversees the FPA team, manages the annual compensation process, and drives financial analyses to support informed business decisions.
