SWCD Planner

The SWCD Planner coordinates with leadership and partners to represent the SWCD in "One Watershed, One Plans" planning and implementation activities, including initial planning, prioritization, and tracking outcomes. The role involves developing projects with landowners, providing technical expertise for conservation, and supervising subordinate staff as assigned. This position also focuses on facilitating watershed-based committee meetings, coordinating grant applications, and maintaining accurate records and data management to ensure reporting deadlines are met.
