We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Swim Coach to support the development of swimmers within our competitive aquatics program. This position is responsible for creating and leading structured, engaging practices that focus on proper stroke technique, skill development, endurance, and continued swimmer progression. The Swim Coach will be expected to take an active role in the development of each swimmer while creating a positive, encouraging, and team-focused environment.
