Swim Instructor

A Swim Instructor provides group and private swim lessons and water safety instruction to infants, children, and adults following the City of Hilliard's curriculum. The role ensures the guidance, safety, and welfare of participants from arrival to departure while maintaining high standards of health and safety at the aquatics facility. The position requires effective communication with participants and guardians, as well as the maintenance of pool equipment and documentation.
