Swim Instructor

The Seasonal Aquatics Instructor provides private and group swim instruction to clients, maintaining a safe learning environment while focusing on fulfilling swimming goals and achieving personal revenue targets. The role involves delivering effective sessions, tracking client progress, and ensuring excellent customer service to members and guests. As needed, the instructor may also perform lifeguard duties, including supervising swimmers, enforcing safety rules, and responding to emergencies.
