Swim Instructor

This role involves providing leadership to all instructional areas of the Aquatic Program while ensuring the safety of all participants. The position requires teaching swim classes according to YMCA program objectives, maintaining a positive and safe atmosphere, and managing class documentation and progress reports. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong swimming and lifesaving skills while fostering character development and meaningful relationships with members and participants.
