Swim Instructor

The Swim Instructor provides safe, motivational, and knowledgeable aquatic instruction to members and program participants under the supervision of the Aquatics Director. This part-time role at the Andover Branch focuses on ensuring participant safety, enforcing pool rules, and delivering quality swim lessons using nationally recognized guidelines. The position requires maintaining class records, attending training sessions, and fostering a positive environment for youth development and healthy living.
